Nāst Treehouse is one of the cornerstone projects within Nāst Innovation Destination Torslanda, developed and owned by Steptura and designed by acclaimed Danish architectural firm Henning Larsen. This sustainable and inspiring building will soon become a new single-tenant office, located right next door to Näst Hill House.

Nāst Treehouse is built as a forward-looking workplace — a creative space were people thrive. Drawing on sustainable materials and environmental best practices, the building is designed to meet high climate goals, with a strong focus on long-term energy efficiency and a minimal carbon footprint.

Nature is not just a backdrop here — it’s part of the architecture. The design by Henning Larsen incorporates forest connections and natural light to foster well-being, productivity, and innovation. With a climate target of 250–280 kg CO₂e/m², the project sets a high bar for responsible construction and long-term sustainability.

The location of Nāst Treehouse makes it a natural neighbor to Nāst Hill House, where cross-sector innovation and collaboration are core. Together, the two buildings form a unique hub where leading corporates, researchers, startups, and talents meet to accelerate the development of sustainable technologies.
