Nāst Treehouse is one of the cornerstone projects within Nāst Innovation Destination Torslanda, developed and owned by Steptura and designed by acclaimed Danish architectural firm Henning Larsen. This sustainable and inspiring building will soon become a new single-tenant office, located right next door to Näst Hill House.

Nature is not just a backdrop here — it’s part of the architecture. The design by Henning Larsen incorporates forest connections and natural light to foster well-being, productivity, and innovation. With a climate target of 250–280 kg CO₂e/m², the project sets a high bar for responsible construction and long-term sustainability.
